Questions about plans
Short answers.
- What counts as a site?
- An address you look up or make a deliverable for. Moving the pin nearby, or coming back to it later, is the same site. Searching an area is free.
- Is a sealed set included?
- No. CRBCUT is software. Your engineer of record reviews and seals the set.
- Where do permits and utility letters work?
- Where we have verified the office's or utility's own rules. The coverage page lists them. Everywhere else you get the drawings and a generic checklist.
- Outside the US?
- Great Britain and Ontario are in Beta: site search and concept layouts only.
- Do teammates cost extra?
- No. Invite as many as you like. You pay only for the sites you unlock.
- Is there anything to cancel?
- No subscription: a site package is a one-time payment, and packs are prepaid. It's refunded in full within 7 days if you haven't downloaded anything.
- Taxes?
- Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax.
